* 25-45 years old
* Candidate must be at least college level
* Preferably with at least 5 years of working in 5-6 Star Hotel / Restaurant
* Preferably with culinary certificate or diploma
* Candidate must be willing to undergo the required culinary training (free of charge)
* Knowledge in international & European cuisine.
* Good leadership and managerial skills.
* Can communicate in basic English
